Fees & Billing

Services by Vital Signs, Inc has five rate tiers:

Please discuss to one of our staff to determine what the base rate would be for your interpreting needs.

Classes, workshops, lectures, conferences, training sessions, stage productions, etc. with 1.5 or more hours of continuous interpreting will require the use of a team of two interpreters.

All charges are portal to portal.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

If the appointment is cancelled with more than one full working day notice there will be no charge. Notification of less than one full working day will mean that you will be charged for the appointment as scheduled. If the interpreter arrives for the assignment and your deaf consumer fails to arrive, the interpreter customarily will wait 30 minutes. If at that time the Deaf consumer has not arrived, the appointment will be considered a cancellation and charged as such.

Billing

You will be invoiced after the appointment. Payment for services is due upon receipt of the bill. Late fees will be charged for any amounts past due 30 days or more.

Payment can be made by check, money order, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
